1. Acceptance of Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using TeleCam, you express agreement to comply with these terms, all applicable security laws, and regional Google Play Store compliance structures. If you disagree, please uninstall the software immediately.
2. End-User License Agreement
We grant you an individual, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize TeleCam on supported mobile, tablet, and desktop formats. You are not permitted to lease, reverse-engineer, modify source code, or distribute modifications without express authorization.
3. Creator Ownership Rights
Any script layouts, text entries, categories, and video records created inside TeleCam remain your exclusive intellectual property. We do not claim ownership rights, copyright, or telemetry metadata concerning user records.
4. AI Integration Features
TeleCam offers optional AI text script synthesis via Anthropic. Users must leverage their custom API tokens. You are solely responsible for compliance with any external pricing or standard terms of service from the API provider.
5. Limitation of Liability
TeleCam is provided strictly "as-is." Developers assume no responsibility or liability for lost scripts, corrupted exports, camera sensor failures, storage allocation issues, or direct/indirect damages arising from utilizing the platform.
